#IAmGrateful For Day 106 of 2026

This week, I started something simple.
My morning jog.
Nothing extreme.
No big announcement.
Just a decision to get up… and go.
Three times this week, I did it.
And what struck me wasn’t the jog itself.
It was everything that usually stops it from happening.
The thoughts:
“I’ll start tomorrow…”
“It’s a bit too early…”
“I’ll go later instead…”
None of those were new.
What was different… was that I didn’t follow them.
I moved anyway.
And it made me realise something that shows up far beyond a morning jog.
Most of us don’t struggle with knowing what to do.
We struggle with what happens in the moment
when something interrupts that decision.
That small window… where you either carry it forward…
or quietly drop it.
That’s the space I work in.
Because whether it’s a jog, a decision, a task, or a commitment…
your results don’t come from what you know.
They come from what you carry through.
With Gratitude
Annabel
