ReNewing My Mind

I am alive, I can hear, I can see, I can touch, I can taste and I can smell...all with no support or assistance required by anyone or anything...! That alone gives me reasons to smile.

I ponder, reflect and whilst doing so, i choose to make today my best F.R.I.D.A.Y yet. Hence:

#IChoose to be FEARLESS

#IChoose to be RESPONSIBLE

#IChoose to be INTENTIONAL

#IChoose to be DISCIPLINED

#IChoose to be an ACHIEVER and

#IChoose to be YOUTHFUL

Ummm as I muse on the adjectives I’ve assigned to F.R.I.D.A.Y, I’m thinking that it could help me conquer my insecurities. Insecurities that all stem from the brain aneurysm that i experienced in 2010. Yes, this is my intention for the new week that approaches. I shall seek opportunities that allow me to experience any one of the adjectives I have assigned to F.R.I.D.A.Y.

I am grateful for this week that is almost finished and a new week that soon approaches. My mindset is in the motion of being renewed! My F.R.I.D.A.Y is no longer the same!
